Day 8 - Christ's Faithfulness to Us

Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:13 - "If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot disown Himself."

Reflection: Jesus’ faithfulness is unchanging and reliable, even when our faith wavers. His constant presence and support remind us of His unwavering commitment to us.

Application: Consider how Jesus’ faithfulness has been evident in your life. How can this assurance help you trust Him more in difficult times?

Prayer: Thank You, Jesus, for Your unwavering faithfulness. Help me to rely on Your strength and faithfulness, especially when my own faith is weak. Amen.

This brings us to a beautiful truth: Jesus’ faithfulness. It’s easy to miss this when we're busy watching Peter do the impossible. But focus for a moment on Jesus. His calm in the chaos, His focus in the face of fear, His hand extended in the midst of doubt. This tells us something incredible about the character of God. He is steadfast. While we’re all over the place, He’s the constant, the rock, the sure thing. And His response to Peter’s doubt is His response to ours: immediate, compassionate, unwavering.
