Day 4: Learning in the Storm

Scripture: “But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves... But Jesus spoke to them, saying, ‘Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.’” – Matthew 14:24,27 (NKJV)

Reflection:
The disciples faced storms even while obeying Jesus. Following Him doesn’t shield us from trials, but it assures us of His presence in them. Jesus reveals Himself most deeply when our strength runs out.

Application:
Whatever storm you’re in, choose to trust that Jesus is near—even if you can’t see Him clearly yet.

Prayer:
Jesus, when I’m afraid, remind me You are with me. Calm my heart and increase my faith.
